dnoe55 only accepts deposits made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed, and the account will be flagged for investigation.
Players may set voluntary deposit limits on their accounts via the Responsible Gaming section of Account Settings. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Increases to an existing deposit limit are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
Players may request withdrawals of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 3–5 minutes of approval. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 15:00 PKT, or on the next business day for later requests.

Withdrawal to Third-Party Accounts: dnoe55 will only process withdrawals to payment methods that belong to the account holder. Requests to withdraw to a payment method in another person's name will be refused. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from fraud.

General Bonus Rules:

Suspension by dnoe55: dnoe55 may suspend or close a player's account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where the account is subject to a regulatory or compliance investigation. In such circumstances, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending the outcome of the investigation.
Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting dnoe55 support via live chat or at [email protected]. Any Real Money Balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be paid out to your verified payment method within a reasonable time, provided there are no outstanding compliance holds. Active bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure.
